Rabbit Creek Community Association (RCCA)

We are looking for upbeat, positive, and caring individuals to work with us over the school year and summer! Job responsibilities may include things like leading activities (crafts, cooking, and science) playing with children inside, outside, and in the gym.

Having energetic, dedicated staff is what makes our program stand out from the rest!

 

Program Staff

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 or older

  • Must pass a criminal background check

  • Must have previous childcare experience (formal or informal/paid or volunteer)

  • Certification in 1st Aid and CPR is preferred but NOT required

Compensation - $16 - $20/HR depending on experience and education.

Typical hours of operation are from 7am to 9am and from 3:30pm to 6pm, Monday - Friday, your shift would be within those hours. More hours offered on in-service days. All major holidays off and paid.

Summer Staff


Requirements:

This summer we will be running training from May 28-31, 2024 and the kids will be joining us from June 3rd to July 25th. We are open from 7am until 6pm, Monday - Thursday in the summer. The shifts are 7:15am to 5:15pm or 8am to 6pm. With such a short summer you will be required to work all of the weeks, however you will get July 4th off paid and the program will be closed on July 5th as well.
